Question About Poulan Trimmer PPB250E

New on this forum, My question is on my PPB25 the trimmer line keeps flying off of the spool, I pulled it apart and cleaned it It still having the same problem.,Is there some typr of lock for the string I'm missing ? I've been using the same size trimmer line for a few years now.
