Question About Poulan Trimmer SM30SB
My SM30SB trimmer will not take gas without 2/3 ch...

My SM30SB trimmer will not take gas without 2/3 choke. It's only a year old . Gas filter ok. Gas has been changed twice. Have to assume something wrong with carb. Took apart and diaphram seemed okay. Please advise.
