How do u take the clutch off a poulan pro link ppb 250e weed eater to replace the pull string?

4 there's T20 bolt inside of the crankshaft you can't see. give that a shot

3 Use the T20 to remove the screw from the center of the clutch making sure the bottom part doesn't rotate,then you will have the gentrification weights exposed, now tap on both sides of the weights to sort of loosen their gripe and then with a screw drive and hammer hit it counter clockwise and it should come off by unscrewing .

0 After u get the torx bolt out u need a specialty tool to get the clutch off with! U can order it from poulan for $13.00 us dollars! When I called customer service she gave me the names of a few places in my area that service my model.when I called one of those places the lady there told me they could order me the tool for $5.99 so call customer service and find out who can service it in your area and see if they can order the tool for you.
