cord pull...

cord pulls but engine won't turn. Any idea how to fix it?

0 is there a catch for the rope pull? all of a suddin i cant get my rope to start engine?? remidy???

0 there are two spring loaded cam pawl arms on the front of the flywheel #46.they retract with centrifigual motion. if they are stuck and do not re-engage the starter spool sprockets, engine will not spin when rope is pulled.clean and free them so they engage/disengage properly.
