I PURCHASED A POULAN PLN1510 ELECTRIC POLE SAW AND TRIED TO GET THE CHAIN TO MOVE FREELY, JUST LIKE THE MANUAL STATES.. I HAVE LOOSENED THE CHAIN SCREW, BUT CANNOT GET THE CHAIN TO MOVE FREELY AROUND THE BAR.. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG.. IS THERE SOMETHING I AM MISSING TO DO FIRST? THANK YOU, DAN...
