My Poulan model 733-864 will not engage in forward or reverse, but now will roll without releasing the relief valve. The belt that drives the transmission is on the pulley and turning. I can now move the relief valve back and forth with little resistance which feels different than it did before. Could something have come loose internally on this valve?
