Question About Poulan Lawn Mower PR625Y22RHP
please help...

I have a poulan pro 6.5 22in lawn mower. It's 8-10yrs old and I can't get the blade off. I need to know if the bolt is reverse threaded or does it have lock tight on it. I have been trying with it for a while now and I was hoping someone on here could help me? The model no. is PR65N22SHA

0 Start by removing the spark plug wire at the spark plug. Then locate or purchase a 4" C clamp and a piece of 2x4x3. Clamp the 2x4 against the outside edge of the mower deck with the clamp body on the inside. This will prevent the blade from turning and all your effort can be used to break the bolt free. This is a standard CCW turning bolt, but remember you are viewing it upsidedown. If you used a rachet, set it as you would normally to lossen a bolt. Hope this helps.
