My Poulan Pro PB22H54BF had the mounting hardware ...

My Poulan Pro PB22H54BF had the mounting hardware that mounts the forward end of the transaxle fall out allowing the transaxle (PN 414006) to rotate forward causing the two forward mounting holes of the chassis (PN 415063) to crack. The speed has been affected ever since this also. How do I go about getting this covered under the warranty?
