I RAN OVER A GARDEN HOSE. IT WRAPPED AROUND THE RIGHT SIDE BLADE, THE MOWER SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I GOT THE GARDEN HOSE OFF OF THE BLADE, BUT THE MOWER WILL NOT START. WHEN TURNING THE KEY SWITCH, I ONLY HEAR A CLICK. THIS IS A 25HP 48 IN CUT, POULAN. IS THERE A SAFETY CUT OFF OR KILL SWITCH THAT MAY HAVE TRIPPED.
