I have a Poulan Pro 24hp, 42" Mod # 96012003101 looking for owners manual but can not find in your listings. It had a Cat # DB24H42YT listed on the nomenclature. Wont start, changed starter relay (need wiring diagram for starter relay to verify black and white lead wire locations). Does clutch have to be depressed in order to start?

0 This mower has a hydrastatic transmission, mower has been setting idel for a year and won't free roll. Does it need to be started for pressure to build and release for it to free roll?
