carb trouble? cleaned main jet and small jet. small jet has a rubber plug on the end of it? doesn't seem to get enough fuel. when removed, it gets too much fuel. i see holes under the main jet where fuel looks like it could go? the main jet screws flush and does'nt seem to allow fuel through this hole into the smaller jet? is there a spacer or oring placed under the main jet? this rubber plug is throwing me a curve.
