Question About Poulan Lawn Mower PB20H46YT
Blade stopped operting...

When I attempt to engague the cutting blade, the blades do not start when I rotate the lever counter-clockwise. The belt appears to be fine. I did not get any assembly manual with this tractor since it was built when I purchased it. Thanks for any help or could you direct me to an assembly manual for this PB20H46YT tractor. Thanks again.... Art
