0 The rope will not recoil into cover to be pulled again. I took the cover off and removed the steel spring and the hard plastic collar. The rope recoils ok when seperate from the steel spring and plastic collar. When I put them back together it won't recoil. I ordered a starter pull assembly. I was assured bye the parts technician that the assembly I ordered contained all of the parts I needed. If you have any experience with this, I would appreciate your input. Thanks

0 How do I assemble the chain bar to the saw. Not sure which bolts to remove to get the housing off???
