Question About Poulan Chainsaw 330, 380

Got this old saw at a yard sale.Rebuilt the cab put on new fuel filter and lines.Now it will only run with the fuel cap off?I can't find any place the fuel tank is vented?I know it needs to be some way?Anyone know how its vented?

0 I replaced the duck bill valve in the fuel tank.But still the same?Had the tank off but no vent in it.I can usually fix most chain saws.But this one????
