My Poulan Pro PP3416 wont start, its been problema...

My Poulan Pro PP3416 wont start, its been problematic since 3 days after I purchased it after using it on my property for small projects. It kept stopping, even after adjusting the idle, that's been over 2yrs ago and it hasn't started sense.
