Question About Poulan Chainsaw model P 3314
Idling...

I have a brand new model 3314 - no manual - Followed instructions to start & it starts fine-but then shuts off - It will not idle - Any ideas

5 CARBURETOR ADJUSTMENT WARNING: observe all safety precautions. Idle Speed--T Adjust speed until engine runs without chain movement (idle too fast) or stalling (idle too slow). The idle speed screw is located in the area above the primer bulb and is labeled T. Turn idle screw (T) clockwise to increase engine speed. If you require further assistance call customer assistance help line at 1--800--554--6723.
