The oiler does not work on my Poulan 2000 Chain Saw.Can you help me identify possible solutions? BILL

0 Had this problem with my PP295. Oiler is driven by a gear off of the driveshaft. Gear is behind chain clutch. Replacement parts are about $10 + labour.

0 The Poulan 2000 does not use a gear drive for the chain oiler. It works off of crank case pulses through a one way valve that will put pressure into the oil tank and then out through a small hose to the chain. If you remove the chain and bar you will find a small metal plate with two screws. there you will find the end of the hose going to the chain. Blow a small amout of air through it and see if any oil comes out the other end.
