Question About Poulan Blower BVM200S
Will only run in half choke....

Hard to start and will only run in half choke position, sometime in run but no noticeable performance in the run position and gradually slows until it stops. Ive cleaned the carb , replaced carb gaskets. Fresh fuel/oil mixture 40:1. Any suggestions before I add it to my scrap metal dumpster?
