ppb430vs engine compression-What is the minimum needed to start-I took it apart and removed the ring which I had replaced last year. It was stuck and a lot of carbon build up-Cleaned everything put ring back on and it was nice and free-I have about 115 psi on compression-Was avout 80 before-I do have spark but still can not get started-Good fuel and mixture-Any help would be great!
