poulan pro blower model PBV200LE...

can not keep it running . does not seem to be getting enough gas .have choke on but it still will no run

0 IT Runs with choke on and faster if I take the choke off just a little but cuts off when throtle opens and it cuts off.Whats Wrong Please?
