Poulan blower PPB430VS will not start new spark plug, new module. Spark arrester screen and muffler are clean. Cleaned carburetor Sprayed starting fluid into the carburetor, the engine did not sputter.Tested spark with inline spark tester,shows a bright spark. Checked the shut off switch, good spark and no spark when holding the switch in off position. Tryed without off switch, engine still will not start or sputter.
