after replacing a deteriorated and broken fuel hose, the carborator draws excessive fuel. If I pinch the supply hose with a pliers, it runs at normal speed (for a short while). bottom has a removable lid and had a 'loose' aluminum rectangle with round ends that seems to fit in a slot. Is there a diagram showing how the parts should be assebled (in the lower inside of the carborator)?
