Pentair Minimax CH 250 M...

We have recently purchased a property in Coronado, Panama. We have a Pentair pool heater Minimax CH 250 M. It was probably installed 5 years ago but we have no user manual and do not know if it should be seviced regularly and if so by whom. Can you help ?
