Question About Pentair Swimming Pool Filter Quad D.E.
pool and spa filling with DE...

New pool and equipment built in 2009. Have Pentair Quad DE 60 filter. Spa caked with DE. Pentair authorized service company replaced 3 of 4 cartridges. A few weeks later, pool is caked with DE. Awaiting service again. What could be causing this? The pool was completed in August 2009. Thank you.
