Poulan PPB150E

for Poulan Trimmer PPB150E

Will start and run fine until I go to full trottle then will stall out. Removed carb. and cleaned, checked fuel pick up. (good)Don't have the tools to ceck the carb settings and do not know what the settings are. Can anyone help me out?
