hedge trimmer the blades will not stop rotating when the machine is going

for Stihl Trimmer 30" HS 75, 80

The blades on my stihl hedgecuter keeps rotating even when i take my hand of the trigger what could be the problem ?

    check standard setting(L screw must be one turn open)
    turn idle speed screw(LA) slowley counterclockwise until the cutting blades stop running at idle speedand turn thescrew about another one half turn in the same direction (unless it a snaged throtle cable) this is takern from manual
