Adjusting blades

for Little Wonder Trimmer 2119 19, 2124 24, 2130 30, 2230s 30, 2242s 42, 2230s 30, 2242s 42

What is the best way to adjust blades after having them sharpened? Had blades sharpened not trimmers won't work. thanks for help!
