Changing Tires

for Troy-Bilt Tiller 682J

I need to remove the wheel to change a flat, but can't figure out how to remove the wheel from the axle.

    mine has a bolt on the rear tire. I have removed it but still cannot get the tire off. Not sure if it is rusted on or if I am going to really mess something up by pounding it off. Any input appreciated.

    I have found that the wheels are hard to remove on the old tillers.What I do is jack the wheel up and use a large C clamp to brake bead on tire than take outside off tire and put a tube in.
