My heater was working fine until we ran out of…

for Pentair Swimming Pool Heater MiniMax 250

My heater was working fine until we ran out of gas. The tank was refilled about a week later but now the heater will not start. I have tried following the lighting instructions several times and even had a pool service man try but no luck.
