where can I find a manual for a Craftsman 1450 30…

for Craftsman Snow Blower 247.88045

where can I find a manual for a Craftsman 1450 30" ohv snow blower, and are both wheels suppose to trun for traction or just the left one? Thank you, Robert. Juneau Alaska
