0 It was very difficult but I called this # 18004694663. Push 1 x4. Times (1,1,1,1) the lady asked me what part num. I wanted to order. I asked if there was a way to get a manual, she sent me to www.managemylife.com. Tried that it didn't work so called back and asked again and she found me one said she would send it to me. 9.99 for manual, 9.99 shipping to B.C.plus gst
