Have a older bolen snow thrower two stage 30 inch,...

Have a older bolen snow thrower two stage 30 inch,can't get one wheel off drive axle one side had three bolts holding it on the other side looks like it slides on a spline and has a bolt as a pin thru a hole in the shaft but can't get the wheel off the shaft unless you have to pull the shaft all the way thru
