5 Here's the manual for the ever useless BernzOmatic PH3250 patio heater. If you are looking to find out why it won't light up or why the pilot won't stay lit then don't bother looking in the manual, you will just be disappointed. There seems to be some flaw in the design of this beast and you cannot get replacement parts from BernzOmatic. This is the VERY LAST BernzOmatic item I will ever buy. Utter junk! I found this manual. 0 I agree regarding the manual, it's useless. I've been "Bernz'd" by Benrzomatic. Piece of crap. BernzOmatic, are you listening?
