Log splitter will only delevop 500 psi at control valve when valve is engaged at wood to be split. It has no pressure past the control valve, and is by passing to tank. The control valve is new, Pump is Allis Chalmer, as is Hydrulic cylinder, The gears in pump look new, pump is going the right direction, any help would be appreciated. thanks. Jim
