Z track stalls

for John Deere Lawn Mower 717 Z-TRAK

My Z stalls out when its warm. It starts fine, runs well. But, about 10 minutes, or so it cuts out. And, if I can catch it in time, turn off the blades, and lower the R.P.M.'s it won't stall out. I let it 'catch' up, and I can up throttle and turn the blades and continue mowing. We have cleaned the carb, new fuel lines, fuel filter, cleaning the tank is next, and new spark plugs.
