yth2448 pto stalls out engine

for Husqvarna Lawn Mower YTH2448

when pto is engage the mower pulley starts and then mowead engine dies. i have just replaced secondary driver belt and i have verified it is correct and that it is ran correctly. any suggestion? thanks
