service manual,troubleshhoting

for Honda Power Equipment Lawn Mower Lawnmower

have a HR214 Honda lawn self propelled lawn mower with a GXV120-118 engine recently motor doesn't run changed oil ,spark plug fresh gas and checked magnetio and all are ok or fresh alongw ith new air filter and still doesn't run
