I just replaced my PTO clutch cable on my H4518H lawn tractor. The parts I removed to make it easy to work was as follow; Hood, left front wheel, radiator, battery, left front motor mount, wire mesh screen guard above clutch assembly. Remove return spring on top of clutch by first measuring adjustment bolt distance and write it down for later. Now you should be well on your way of removing old cable and replacing new cable.
