Removing rear wheel

for Snapper Lawn Mower HZS14331BVE, HZS14381BVE, HZS15421KVE, HZS15422KVE, HZS18482BVE

I have tried to take off the back wheel of my snapper yard cruiser and it wont come off! what do i do here/??
