Need Manual for Swisher Mower Model ZT 1436B S/N L5 04 107002. Starter motor will not engage to engine. Motor spins but just doesn't engage. Engine is an Intek 14.5 HP OHV. Engine will not run past idle-chokes out when throttle is advanced.
