Question About Bolens Lawn Mower 13055
mower won't start. no clicks,hums,nothing!!! took ...

mower won't start. no clicks,hums,nothing!!! took battery to shop,they checked,said it was ok needed charged. put charger on and it measured 50%. still no start.fuse looks good. any advice? Thanks!
