I already have the Manual but cannot find the specific information listed there - e.g, how does one service the air cleaner - what is the part number - and can the air cleaner be replaced/purchased? Thanks.

Hi - I'm not 100% sure but I am assuming that the air cleaner is the air filter? If so, in order to clean the air filter, Troybuilt's website says "Simply soak it in warm, soapy water and squeeze dry. Sponge filters can be properly cleaned and reinstalled. If you have a cardboard filter, don't try to clean it - just replace it." - I'm not sure what the part number is. However, I believe you can purchase it on www.troybilt.com/ .
