I just bought a Ready Start 675 series lawn mower…

for Briggs & Stratton Lawn Mower 120000

I just bought a Ready Start 675 series lawn mower that will not start. I did add oil and gasoline. I do not see any buttons or throttle. Is there something different I should be doing?
