How do I get to read the manual

for Cub Cadet Lawn Mower 1420

What an amazing, but apears to be useless. Trying to read the manual I found, won't alow anything, no read, no download(opens a window) and you STUPID AD keeps popping up EVERY TIME YOU TOUCH ANYTHING.
