Question About Lawn Mower 287707 14.5hp type 022401

Trying to get the manuel to see what size belt and how to replace it,i purchased a 42" and it is to large,i found the parts list but this only has engine parts in it and not the belt diagram or what size to put on.theres also a code on the engine and it is #9603304A but i dont know what all this means....Thanks for any help.
