carb floods out seep hole at front of carb after r...

carb floods out seep hole at front of carb after running 20-30 seconds. carb cleaned couple months ago same problem solved so I thought. sounds like it's getting too much gas. Let it sit for day or so and same thing happens, cracks and quits. could fuel pump or fuel pump relay be the problem? Mant Thanks, George
