2135 cub cadet

for Cub Cadet Lawn Mower 2135

blades wont engage, i get nothing not even trying to start, new battery, checked fuses all good, checked the reverse safety switch looks fine,blue wire at pto is not as bright as the red wire when i put a test light to it. does that mean i have a short in the blue wire somewhere? is there a way i can do a bypass to test my switch. any help would be great i am at a loss
