Question About Hot Tub DS404
Won't heat past 82...

We are new renters, it has taken 3 days to hit 82 and will not pass that. We took the filter out to see if that had something to do with it to no avail. Any suggestions? I just went out and turned the hi limit little red knob to the right a couple of turns.
