Question About Poulan Chainsaw 222
I have a poulan pro 38cc 222 that I just bought of...

I have a poulan pro 38cc 222 that I just bought off a guy and the saw is practically brand new it's been sitting for a while however the motor is not seized up cause the sprocket and chain moves however the fly wheel only moves about 1/2 way and stops can you give me some insight as to what's wrong with it so I can get it fixed
