I bought a 16" electric craftsman chainsaw some time back, used it lightly over the years. Here's the problem I turn it on and the motor runs, the chain toggle doesn't. Any ideas? It's not the safety bar .. Unless the safety bar is bad, in which case I'm at a loss to know how to make that repair. Could it be the clutch? And if so how do I adjust it.
